Flemington Tennis Club is a featured stop on the 2026 House Tours of Historic Flemington
Celebrating its 100th season, the Flemington Tennis Club was added to the 2026 House & Garden Tours of Historic Flemington. In addition to greeting “tourists” throughout the day on Saturday, June 6, the club also hosted it annual Open House party for members and anyone else interested in learning more about the longstanding institution. The weather was ideal during the 6-hour event, and all three courts were in action most of the day. Those who enjoyed the tour could read a little about the history of the club, which was featured in the tour booklet (see below). The most common sentiment expressed from people who visited the club on Saturday was, “I never knew this was here.” Now they do.

Flemington Tennis Club is featured in Flemington Life magazine
The June/July 2022 edition of Flemington Life magazine features a two-page profile of Flemington Tennis Club.
The article includes quotes from FTC President Dana Loyd and longtime members Meredith and Michael Bzdak and provides a brief history of the tennis club, which was founded in 1927.
Flemington Life is a bi-monthly lifestyle magazine published by Bucks County Herald. A print version is available for free at various locations throughout the Flemington area. It is also available online.
FTC member Chris Hann, who is editor of River Towns Magazine (also published by Bucks County Herald) was instrumental in getting Flemington Life to feature the tennis club.
